Cinnamon Rolls

I love cinnamon rolls. I craved cinnamon so much when I was pregnant with Archie, I must have made these 17 times in my last trimester alone.

I made these for dinner the other night. Is it mean that Archie ate peas and we ate this?

Anyways, I thought I'd share what make my cinnamon rolls the BEST. Caramel. I put a homemade caramel glaze on the top and bottom before I bake them.

Homemade Caramel Glaze:
(for one pan of cinnamon rolls)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of cinnamon

Another tip: when I bake them, I let them rise in the oven when it's preheating so they go from how they look below to what they are above in a total of about 20 minutes.
